The Design Process
In a first for the industry, the design of our boats involves teams from three continents with the main concept being developed in the UAE, the hull being developed in the United States and the deck styled in Italy.
Our exclusive usage of 5 axis CNC milling machines to produce our molds means that we can be much more confident in our design process and this is clearly illustrated by the fact that our boats have no straight lines!
Our Build Process
All of our boats are built using a sophisticated vacuum infusion process completely eliminating the use of wood as a structural material and dramatically increasing the structural rigidity of the boats.
The use of vacuum infusion process means that only the best material is utilized and has the added advantage of reducing emissions by up to 90%.
All of our hulls have a variable ratio deep V design. At planing speeds, our hull gains stability from planing forces, so rolling is minimized. Our high-deadrise V-shape is inherently stable. As the boat tries to roll, the deep-V puts more and more hull into the water, forcing it back upright. The V-shape also allows the hull to bank in a turn, not roll outward like a round or flat-bottomed hull. At displacement speeds, the deep-V hull has more draft than the typical planing hull, so it behaves more surely, like a displacement hull.
The outcome is a very stable, dry and smooth ride that is unmatched and one that is guaranteed to give you many more enjoyable days on the water.
